The short answer

Closed or unreachable

These eight have no working product on the domain we know them by. Each of our pages for them keeps the original review, adds a dated status note and lists live alternatives. Viral Launch has its own full guide: Viral Launch alternatives.

How we check

We load the vendor’s own domain, follow every redirect, and record where it ends and the date. Where the vendor or a dated archive capture says a company closed, we say so and cite it; where a domain simply does not connect, we say unreachable. Rankings and verdicts are not for sale and are not changed by a status note. Where a tool has closed, its page keeps the original review, adds the dated note and removes the old strengths and weaknesses. The same data is published as a machine-readable status register, and you can look up any tool in the seller tool status lookup.

Frequently asked questions

Which Amazon seller tools have shut down?
Of the 17 tools BagEngine checked, 8 are closed or unreachable on 28 October 2026: Viral Launch, CashCowPro, Forecastly, Listing Dojo, eGrow, Sonar by Sellics, AMZ Tracker and Splitly. Viral Launch is the best documented: its site announced it would shut down operations on 31 December 2025, and its domain now redirects to a parking page.
What happened to Sellics?
sellics.com now redirects to perpetua.io, and Perpetua says Sellics joined forces with it. The Sonar tool that Sellics made no longer loads at sonar-tool.com.
Is ChannelAdvisor still available?
Under a new name. channeladvisor.com redirects to rithum.com on 28 October 2026 and the ChannelAdvisor name is no longer used.
Who owns FeedbackWhiz, InventoryLab, RestockPro and PPC Entourage now?
Carbon6 sells PPC Entourage and ManageByStats, Threecolts sells InventoryLab and FeedbackWhiz, and eComEngine sells RestockPro and FeedbackFive. Each vendor domain redirected or pointed to the new owner when we read it on 28 October 2026.
How does BagEngine check whether a tool is still available?
We load the vendor’s own domain, follow every redirect, and record where it ends and the date. A domain that does not connect is reported as unreachable, not as shut down, unless the vendor or a dated archive capture says so.

Bottom line

Seller software changes hands and disappears faster than the articles that list it. Eleven of the 17 tools on this page are closed or gone by name, and the other six now sit inside three companies: Carbon6, Threecolts and eComEngine. Before you pay for a tool you found in an older list, load its domain and check where it ends.
