Shopify review apps pricing (2026): nine apps priced from 50 to 5,000 orders
Three of the nine apps never charge more as you grow. For the other six, the bill at 1,500 orders a month ranges from $29 to $249.99.
- Free with no order cap: Judge.me, Junip and Ryviu; Judge.me’s paid plan tops out at $15 a month.
- Cheapest metered: Fera, $9 for 200 orders and $29 for up to 2,000.
- Watch the jump: Loox is free to 500 orders, then $249.99 at 1,500 on Convert.
- Check the source: Yotpo’s site and App Store listing show different prices; price at your own volume.
How we built this page. We read each vendor’s published pricing page and its Shopify App Store listing on 19 October 2026, checked each vendor’s site is live and still sells the product, and drew demand from the questions AI assistants cite BagEngine for. We did not buy these plans for this comparison. Where an app’s own site and its Shopify App Store listing show different prices, we show both and name the source.
A Shopify review app collects product reviews after each order, displays them on product pages and feeds star ratings to Google. Three of the nine apps here have a free plan with no order limit, so the real price question is not the entry tier but what you pay as order volume grows. This page prices all nine at five volumes, from 50 to 5,000 orders a month, from each vendor’s pricing page and Shopify App Store listing as read on 19 October 2026.
What does a Shopify review app cost?
A Shopify review app costs anywhere from $0 to about $300 a month at 5,000 orders, depending on whether it charges by order volume. Judge.me, Junip and Ryviu publish free plans with no order cap, and Judge.me says "$15 per month is the most you can ever pay us". Fera, REVIEWS.io, Okendo, Stamped and Loox charge more as volume grows, and Yotpo prices by volume without printing every tier.

How do prices change from 50 to 5,000 orders a month?
The order-metered apps climb in steps, and the steps fall at different volumes. Okendo moves from free to $19 at 200 orders and to $119 at 500. Loox stays free to 500 orders, then the Convert plan’s overage takes it to $249.99 at 1,500. Fera is the cheapest of the metered apps from 1,500 orders up, because its $29 Small plan covers 2,000 orders; below 500 orders, Loox’s free Beginner plan undercuts every metered price.
Flat-price apps vs order-metered apps: which is cheaper?
A flat-price app is cheaper for any store that grows, because its bill does not move with orders. Judge.me’s paid plan, Awesome, is $15 a month and the company calls that the most you can ever pay. Junip states "Unlimited orders & reviews on all plans", with paid tiers at $29, $79 and $299 a month that add features rather than volume. Ryviu prices by products and reviews per product (Basic $6.99, Advance $9.99, Unlimited $19.99) and sets no order limit.
An order-metered app can still be the right choice when the paid features matter more than the bill: Okendo’s Growth plan adds AI review summaries and a Q&A widget, and Loox’s Convert plan adds video reviews and referrals. The point of the grid is to price that choice at the volume you expect next year.
Free plans: what is the limit on each?
Judge.me
Forever Free, Awesome $15Forever Free includes "Unlimited product and store reviews" and unlimited photo and video reviews. Awesome at $15 a month adds AI replies and summaries, 130+ integrations and advanced collection, with a 15-day free trial.
Junip
Free, Core $29, Growth $79, Premium $299Every Junip plan, free included, carries "UNLIMITED orders". Paid tiers add incentives and replies (Core), Google Shopping, TikTok Shop and Meta syndication (Growth), and Junip AI and multi-store management (Premium), each with a 7-day trial.
Loox
Beginner free to 500 ordersLoox Beginner is free "Up to 500 orders" with review request emails and photo-review discounts. Convert is $49.99 a month for 300 orders plus "$50 per additional 300 orders"; Unlimited is $299.99. Paid plans carry a 14-day free trial.
Okendo
Free to 50 ordersOkendo’s App Store plans run Free (50 orders a month), Essential $19 (200), Growth $119 (1,500) and Power $299 (3,500), each paid tier with a 14-day trial; its own site quotes custom pricing for higher volumes.
Yotpo
Free to 50 ordersYotpo Reviews has "a limited free plan (up to 50 monthly orders) and paid plans starting at $15/month". Its site sets the price with an order-volume slider: at "Up to 500 orders per month" Starter is $89 and Pro is $169.
Ryviu
Free, caps on productsRyviu Free covers 50 products with 20 reviews each, imported from AliExpress. Basic at $6.99 adds Amazon and Shopee imports and review request emails, Advance $9.99 raises the caps, and Unlimited $19.99 removes them.
Two apps show no free plan. Fera says "We no longer offer a free plan" but gives every paid plan a free trial (60 days on its App Store listing), and Stamped’s App Store listing starts at $23 a month for 200 orders. REVIEWS.io does show a Free column, but it covers 25 review invites a month, which is why it enters the grid at $29.
Where the vendor’s site and its App Store listing disagree
Yotpo is the clear case. Its Shopify App Store listing shows Starter at $15 a month and Pro at $119, each marked "Pricing changes based on order volume", while its own pricing page, set to "Up to 500 orders per month", shows Starter at $89 and Pro at $169. Both can be true at different volumes; the lesson is to price at your own order count, on the page you will actually be billed from.
REVIEWS.io’s pricing page prints each plan as "$29 AUD /month" while the same page says "Prices are displayed in USD". Ask which currency your invoice will use before you compare it with the other apps.
How much does annual billing save?
Annual billing saves between 8% and 25% where it is offered, and it is only worth taking at the tier you expect to need all year. Okendo prices Essential at $204 a year (save 11%), Growth at $1,308 and Power at $3,288 (save 8%). Yotpo’s App Store listing prices Starter at $144 a year (save 20%) and Pro at $1,068 (save 25%). Ryviu offers 25% off on annual plans. REVIEWS.io already quotes its plans "Billed annually".
Pick Judge.me or Junip
Because both start at $0 with no order cap, so the app you install on day one never becomes the bill you have to escape later.
Pick Loox, and price the jump
Because it is free to 500 orders, but at 1,500 orders the Convert overage reaches $249.99 a month, close to Unlimited at $299.99.
Pick Fera
Because $29 a month covers 2,000 orders, the lowest metered price in this grid at 1,500 and at 5,000 orders.
Pick Okendo or Yotpo
Because both sell reviews alongside wider retention tools; budget at the tier you will reach, since both meter by orders.
MY ORDERS PER MONTH TODAY: ______ IN 12 MONTHS: ______ 1. What does the plan cost at my volume IN 12 MONTHS, not today? 2. Is the limit orders, review requests, products or reviews per product? 3. What happens when I pass the limit: overage fee, upgrade, or pause? 4. Does the vendor's own site show the same price as its Shopify App Store listing? If not, which one will I be billed? 5. Annual billing: what is the saving, and can I leave mid-year? Answer from the vendor's pricing page and its App Store listing, and screenshot both on the day you install.

The bottom line
Price a review app at the order volume you expect in a year, not the one you have today. If you want the bill to stay put, Judge.me and Junip never charge more as you grow, and Ryviu meters products rather than orders. If you want an order-metered app for its features, Fera is the cheapest metered app from 1,500 orders up, Loox is free until 500 orders and then climbs steeply, and Okendo and Yotpo make most sense inside a wider marketing stack. Read the price on the page you will be billed from, App Store or vendor site, and keep a screenshot.
