Pacvue vs Skai vs Perpetua (2026): only Skai prints a full price ladder, and it is a sawtooth
Of the three, Skai prints a price at every tier, Perpetua prints a start and hides the percentage, and Pacvue prints nothing: its pricing page returned "Page not found". Here is what each page says and what the fee works out to as a share of ad spend.
- You want a price before a call: Skai, $114k to $756k a year by ad-spend tier, the only one of the six that prints a full fee at every tier up to $35M.
- You spend under $10K a month on Amazon: Teikametrics Essentials, $149 a month billed annually, or Perpetua Essentials at $695.
- You are over $10K a month, mostly Amazon: Perpetua Growth, $695 a month plus a percentage it does not print. Ask for the rate.
- Eight-figure budget, many retailers: Pacvue, Quartile and Intentwise print no price. Get written quotes on the same terms.
How we built this page. We read each vendor's own pricing page on 26 October 2026: Pacvue, Skai and Perpetua in a browser, Teikametrics, Quartile and Intentwise by page fetch. Pacvue's other pages return a bot challenge to automated reads, so we did not read them. We checked each site is live and still sells the product, and drew demand from the questions AI assistants cite BagEngine for. We did not buy these plans, ask any vendor for a quote or run any platform for this comparison; where a vendor does not publish prices we say so instead of estimating.

Which retail media platform fits which brand?
For a brand that wants a price before a call, the answer starts with who prints one. Skai prints four annual tiers, $114k to $756k, keyed to ad spend. Perpetua prints $695 a month and a percentage of spend it does not state. Teikametrics prints $149 a month and 3% of spend over $10K. Pacvue, Quartile and Intentwise print none, and Pacvue's pricing page returned "Page not found" when read in a browser on 26 October 2026.
Start with Teikametrics Essentials
Because it prints the lowest entry price of the six, $149 a month billed annually or $179 monthly, covers up to $10K a month of ad spend and lists a free trial. Perpetua Essentials covers the same band at $695 a month.
Read Skai's ladder
Because Skai is the only one of the six that prints a complete fee at every tier up to $35M a year of ad spend, and promises "the flexibility to review your commitment after the first three months".
Ask Perpetua for the Growth percentage
Because Growth is $695 a month "+ % of ad spend" and the page does not print the percentage. Get the rate in writing before comparing it with anything else.
Get written quotes from Pacvue, Quartile and Intentwise
Because none of the three prints a price, and Pacvue's pricing page returned "Page not found". Use the question sheet below so the quotes can be compared.
What does each vendor publish about price?
Three of the six print a price and three do not, and of the three that do, only Skai prints a full fee at every tier it lists. Skai's page offers "predictable annual pricing" on four tiers; Perpetua's offers three tiers with a percentage missing from the middle one; Teikametrics prints Essentials and describes the two higher tiers as "Custom Pricing" plus 3% of ad spend over $10K. The ladder below puts all six on one axis of annual ad spend, so you can see which tier your spend unlocks and where each vendor stops printing.
Two cautions on reading it. First, the axis is logarithmic, so each gridline is ten times the one before and the Skai tiers, which look wide, cover small steps in spend at the top. Second, a tier boundary is a statement about which fee you pay, not about whether the platform fits, and the pages we read do not say how a mid-year change in spend moves you between tiers. Where other pages report a price for a vendor that prints none, including estimates on our Pacvue review and our Perpetua review, those are reports and not vendor prices; Perpetua's own page read on 26 October 2026 prints $695 a month, and that is the figure used here.
What does the fee amount to as a share of ad spend?
Divide Skai's fee by the ad spend at the top of each tier and the rate looks steady: 2.85% on Standard, 2.76% on Advanced, 2.52% on Enterprise and 2.16% on Enterprise Premier. That is the rate if you spend right up to the ceiling. Spend one dollar more and you move to the next tier at the next flat fee, so the rate on entering Advanced is 6.90% (276k on 4M), on entering Enterprise 5.04% and on entering Enterprise Premier 3.78%. Lower down the same logic bites harder: a brand spending $1M a year pays 11.4% on Standard.
Perpetua and Teikametrics sit lower on the chart because they stop printing a full price where the money gets large. Perpetua Essentials works out to 6.95% at its $120k ceiling ($8,340 against $120,000) and Teikametrics Essentials to 1.49%. Above those bands both add a charge the pages describe but do not total, so a rate cannot be calculated from what they print. That gap is the point: the platforms that publish the least are the ones where the first quote decides the rate.
What does each vendor say it does?
These are the vendors' own descriptions of their own pages, read on 26 October 2026, and not ratings. Pacvue is described only by what we could read.
Skai
The only one that prints a full priceSkai's pricing page lists Standard for advertisers spending up to $4M a year at $114k, Advanced up to $10M at $276k, Enterprise up to $20M at $504k and Enterprise Premier up to $35M at $756k, with a tailored tier above $35M. Every tier includes 120+ publishers, "Best-in-class automation & optimization", dedicated client success support and Celeste AI. Advanced adds Competitive Insights and Search Term Analysis; Enterprise adds expanded read-only publishers, customizable audits and QA, and customer journey intelligence; Enterprise Premier adds incrementality testing, white glove onboarding and custom solution development.
Perpetua
Published start, unstated percentagePerpetua's pricing page lists Essentials at $695 a month for up to 10k in monthly ad spend, with AI-powered bid optimization, automated keyword harvesting and reporting. Growth is $695 a month "+ % of ad spend" over 10k and adds hourly reporting and intraday optimization via Amazon Marketing Stream, hourly share-of-voice and organic rank insights, and a client success team. Premium is custom over 500k a month and adds competitor and market intelligence data and custom AMC reporting. Its home page says it optimizes advertising "on Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces". The percentage is not printed.
Teikametrics
Lowest printed entry priceTeikametrics lists Essentials at $149 a month billed annually or $179 monthly for up to $10K a month in ad spend, with a free trial available. Advanced, for over $10K a month, is custom pricing plus 3% of ad spend over $10K and adds Amazon DSP and Walmart Onsite Display, integrated Amazon Marketing Cloud and dedicated onboarding. Enterprise, over $100K a month, adds Teikametrics Managed Services. Our Perpetua vs Teikametrics comparison goes deeper on the two self-serve tools.
Pacvue
No public pricePacvue's pricing address returned "Page not found" when read in a browser on 26 October 2026, and the site offers Book a Demo only. Its other pages return a bot challenge to automated reads, so we do not describe its channels or features here; read them on Pacvue's own site. Our Pacvue review carries the longer profile.
Quartile
Channel list, no priceQuartile's home page lists the channels it covers: Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo (Target, Best Buy, etc.), Google Ads, ChatGPT Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Ads. It describes a platform plus a full-service team and says it fuels "full-funnel growth for thousands of ecommerce brands". Its /pricing address redirects to the home page, which carries Request Demo and no price.
Intentwise
Data foundation, no priceIntentwise says it unifies marketplace data from Amazon, Walmart and other commerce channels into "one AI-ready commerce data foundation", lists "21 Marketplaces Supported" and offers an AI Gateway, an MCP server that brings its analytics into AI assistants such as Claude and Copilot. Its product menu names Intentwise Explore (AMC), Optimize and DSP. Its /pricing address redirects to the home page, which carries Book a Demo and no price.
What do they say about automation, AI agents and Amazon Marketing Cloud?
On automation, Skai names Celeste AI in every tier and Agent Connect, an MCP connection for outside AI agents; Perpetua names "AI-powered bid optimization" from Essentials up; Intentwise names an AI Gateway MCP server; Quartile names real-time dynamic bidding and hourly placement adjustment. On Amazon Marketing Cloud, which Amazon describes as "a secure, privacy-safe, and cloud-based clean room solution", three vendors name it on the pages we read: Teikametrics ("Integrated Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)" on Advanced and Enterprise), Perpetua ("custom AMC reporting" on Premium) and Intentwise ("Intentwise Explore (AMC)").
Skai's and Quartile's pages we read do not name AMC, and Pacvue's we could not read. That is a gap in what we read, not a finding about the products. If clean-room reporting matters to you, put it on the question sheet below and ask each vendor whether it is included or priced separately.
When does a self-serve tool fit better than a platform?
A self-serve tool fits when the ad budget is mostly Amazon, the team is small and a price you can read matters more than breadth. Teikametrics Essentials ($149 a month billed annually) and Perpetua Essentials ($695 a month) both cover up to $10K a month of ad spend, and Teikametrics prints a free trial. A platform fits when the budget is spread over many retailers, you need the vendor's service team, or the contract is negotiated anyway. In that case the price is set by the quote, and the useful move is to make every vendor quote the same thing at the same spend.
Perpetua's Essentials costs 4.7 times Teikametrics's annual-billed Essentials for the same published spend band. That does not make one better: the pages describe different features and service. It does make the entry price the first thing to explain in a sales call. For the longer comparison of the two see our Perpetua vs Teikametrics page, and for tool-by-tool cost as a share of ad spend see our Amazon PPC software ranking and Amazon DSP software ranking.
If you are in the last box, the question sheet turns three demo-only vendors into three comparable quotes.
STEP 1: your annual ad spend, all retail media networks $______
and the next tier ceiling you expect to cross in 12 months $______
STEP 2: ask each vendor for the FULL annual fee at that spend, and at
25% above it, in writing.
STEP 3: fee / spend = ______ % (Skai at a tier ceiling: 2.85%, 2.76%, 2.52%, 2.16%;
the moment spend crosses into the next tier: 6.90%, 5.04%, 3.78%)
STEP 4: is any percentage of ad spend in the contract, and is the rate
written down? (Perpetua prints "% of ad spend" without the rate.)
STEP 5: commitment length, the review or exit point, and what happens
to your data on exit. (Skai prints a review after three months.)
STEP 6: which retailers and publishers are included, and is Amazon
Marketing Cloud access included or priced separately?
STEP 7: software only, or software plus a managed team? Who sets bids?
STEP 8: what changes at your next tier, and what is the price there?
Date: ____________ Vendor: ______________ Quoted by: ______________The bottom line
If you want to compare before you talk to anyone, only Skai gives you numbers to compare: $114k, $276k, $504k or $756k a year by tier, which is 2.16% to 2.85% of spend at a ceiling and up to 6.90% just past one. If you are a smaller Amazon-first brand, Teikametrics Essentials is the lowest printed entry price and Perpetua is the one to press for its Growth percentage. If your budget needs Pacvue, Quartile or Intentwise, expect the price to be set in a sales call and use the question sheet so the three quotes are comparable. Whichever you choose, ask what changes at your next tier before you sign.
